2 Sun Life sites earn Level 3 recognition for patient-centered care | January 22, 2015

CASA GRANDE – Two more of Sun Life Family Health Center’s offices in Pinal County received the official Level 3 recognition, the highest possible, for the Patient-Centered Medical Home 2011 (PCMH) program for using evidence-based, patient-centered processes that focus on highly coordinated care and long-term participative relationships.

Grant helps Sun Life to expand weekday hours to 7 p.m. | October 20, 2014

Sun Life teams up with NFL and American Cancer Society to help fight breast cancer in Casa Grande | October 07, 2014

The National Football League’s A Crucial Catch Initiative has provided another year of funding to support increased access to breast cancer education and screening resources in under-served communities through the American Cancer Society. The American Cancer Society has awarded a $10,000 Community Health Advocates implementing National Grants for Empowerment (CHANGE) grant to Sun Life Center for Women to continue efforts to increase breast cancer screening rates in Casa Grande.

Sun Life receives ACA grant to expand behavioral health | August 04, 2014

CASA GRANDE – This month Sun Life was one out of only three health centers in Arizona to receive a portion of the $56.6 million in federal funding from the Affordable Care Act, to expand its integrated behavioral health department.
