CASA GRANDE

Financial Analyst – Full Time

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; three to four years of business analysis experience, preferably in a health care setting;  three to four years of accounting experience, preferably in a health care setting; good organizational and analytical skills; computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, Access and PowerPoint experience; effective interpersonal and telephone communication skills; ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines; focus of this specialized, technically oriented position is on meeting and exceeding high standards of accuracy and quality based on established systems, technologies and guidelines; strength in technical problem solving based on expertise and experience, and a strong commitment to efficiently achieve high quality results is required; a key aspect of the job includes the ongoing identification of technical ;problems and the development of sound, carefully thought-out solutions. problem solving is focused on proven systems and technologies and established organizational relationships. Solutions should minimize risk to the organization and utilize existing resources; the job allows for autonomy and independence, and is primarily self-reliant.

Materials Clerk – Full Time

Knowledge of Inventory control; familiarity with the supply process and distribution of clinical/medical materials management; ability to lift and stock supplies; basic computer skills; ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, and employees of the organization; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; one year related experience or training.

 

Medical Assistant – Full Time

Completion of approved Medical Assistant program required; bilingual (English/Spanish) required; demonstrated  competencies in dealing with all age groups; experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; experience in a clinic setting a plus; excellent clinical skills; ability to learn and adapt; ability to work under stressful situations; computer literate.

 

Medical Technologist – Per Diem

Under the supervision of the Lab Supervisor, performs clinical laboratory procedures, quality assurance, and instrument maintenance; the responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence.  The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to task’s completed on time.  The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined; a somewhat faster-than average pace will be the norm for this position, detailed specialized work is the major focus, the position will generally be task oriented, requiring someone with a conservative. Careful and cautious approach to work.

 

Behavioral Health Professional – Full Time

Sun Life is currently looking for a Behavioral Health Professional to establish an integrated behavioral health program initially in Family Practice at the Casa Grande site with expectations that the program will spread to all sites.  All candidates must be an independently Licensed Behavioral Health Professional in the State of Arizona.  Knowledge of Kirk Strosahl’s approach to integrated behavioral health is preferred.  Bi-lingual candidates a plus.

Medical Assistant Front/Back Office – Full-Time

Completion of approved Medical Assistant program required; bilingual (English/Spanish) required; demonstrated competencies in dealing with all age groups;  experience preferred ; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; one year as cashier/receptionist/referral specialist in a medical family facility or public contact position; cash handling; excellent clinical skills;  knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles; knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT-4 codes; ability to work under stressful situations; computer literate.
