Mrs. Quijas earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2000 from the University Of Nebraska School Of Nursing, Scottsbluff, Nebraska. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2016 from Kaplan University, Davenport, Iowa.
Born in Matador, Texas, Mrs. Quijas moved to Arizona in 2016. She is married to Daniel Quijas, and together they have four children, and a Basset Hound named Cooper. She enjoys watching her grandchildren play sports as well as watching professional baseball and basketball.
